Significant upgrades were made to meet current standards, including bringing all electrical outlets up to code. Structural repairs required the installation of new trusses to ensure the integrity of the home. Key functional improvements included relocating the exhaust vent to align with the new cooktop placement. A new kitchen island was added to enhance workspace and flow, accompanied by custom Fabuwood cabinetry for a modern, cohesive look. The countertops were upgraded with stunning Blanco Gabrielle Granite, and the backsplash features 3x6 Karya Royal Natural Stone tile from Gulf Tile, adding texture and elegance. The entire space was finished with durable and stylish Tacoma Shadow luxury vinyl plank flooring from Happy Floors, completing the transformation into a beautiful, functional, and modern kitchen.
